Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Developing IT Solutions.
- Eliciting and evaluating business requirements.
- Developing prototypes, wireframes, and use cases.
- Dcumenting, developing and finalizing business and functional requirements.
- Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating user and information needs.
- Analyzing relationships among data, processes and events .
- Consulting with IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities.
- Planning and implementing cross-functional applications .
- Proactively communicating and collaborating with external and internal business partners .
- Advising on functional architecture, based on requirements including integration points .
- Documenting requirements and functional architecture .
- Active involvement or play a lead role in testing, training, and implementation of applications/solutions .
- Identifying alternative(s) in context of business opportunity and business processes.
Required Qualifications:
Technical Depth:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related areas.
- 10 years of Business Analysis experience .
- At least 5 years experience in an IT role .
- Demonstrated application of solid IT Business Analysis practices to deliver effective business solutions.
- Experience in large scale (enterprise level) IT projects focused on the implementation of software.
- Highly proficient in planning, integration and application of multiple technologies.
- Ability to analyze large sets of data, synthesize results and draw logical conclusions .
- Highly proficient in written and oral communications to globally diverse audiences, (i.e. reports, presentations, facilitating workshops and user acceptance testing).
- Excellent leadership skills including, initiative, setting direction, mentoring and teaching.
- Ability to manage or work on multiple projects successfully, meet and exceed deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently or as part of a team with little or no supervision.
- Ability to influence, lead change and manage relationships across enterprise.
