Are you a curious person who enjoys managing large volumes of information and turning an array of data into meaningful information? CLA is seeking experienced data analytics professionals to join our advisory services team in Arlington, VA.
Your data analytics skills will allow you to gather, interpret, and analyze volumes of data in order to provide recommendations to our clients. You will use your strong analytical, research, and quantitative abilities to critically analyze financial information and produce clear and comprehensive reports for our clients. A big plus--strong forensic data analytics experience managing and creating relational data bases; interrogating large data sets; normalizing relational data; designing queries; and developing reports. Types of projects we complete relate to internal audit, anti-money laundering, corporate investigations, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, bankruptcy/receivership, as well as other areas of litigation and dispute consulting.
Requirements
If you are an innovative professional who enjoys very challenging work and face-to-face client interaction, this is the role for you! We are looking for talented individuals with a minimum of 5 years of technical and financial related advisory experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Accounting, Finance, or other related field. Your experience in the forensic and dispute services area will make you a preferred candidate for this position. Experience with IDEA, ACL, SQL, MD Access, or similar software is preferred. CPA, Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) and/or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credentials are a plus.
