We currently have an opening for Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team located in Dallas, Texas. We are seeking a dependable individual with strong work ethics and background in solving analytical business and reporting problems through the application of technology and processes. Position reports directly to the Director of Analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Engage team members in identifying and troubleshooting process or system related issues
- Work with customer to deliver accurate analysis and interpretation of data
- Collaborate with team members in developing and maintaining data warehouses and ETL processes
- Work with large datasets in various formats and perform data integrity/QA/reconciliation for basic accounting systems
- Prepare complex deliverables in Excel spreadsheets in a consistent and reusable format
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Analytics
Skills/Qualifications:
- Demonstrated exceptional analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a faced pace environment
- Expert knowledge of Access queries and Excel functions required
- Experience with database and reporting utilizing T-SQL, DTS, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Crystal Reports
- Demonstrated knowledge of automated business processes, scripting experience a plus
- Excellent communications and strong commitment for delivering the highest level of service
- Business analysis and healthcare data and billing experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, 4+ years data analysis
