Moxie is looking for professionals in Microsoft Business Intelligence who have a proven track record of success, aptitude, and leadership. The position requires a broad range of skills and the ability to step in to different roles depending on the size and scope of an engagement. The qualified candidate would have proven experience developing successful Microsoft-based Business Intelligence solutions.

Required

2 -5 years experience developing Business Intelligence solutions with the Microsoft BI stack (Relational Database, Analysis Services, Reporting Services, Integration Services, PerformancePoint)
Demonstrated understanding of multi-dimensional database design and architecture
Demonstrated ability to develop business requirements and translate them into a dimensional model
Demonstrated ability to develop front-end reporting and analytical solutions that meet the business needs
Experience working through a full System Development Life Cycle BI project
Demonstrated leadership aptitude and ability to work effectively within a team environment

Technical Skills

Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 data modeling and development
Strong Microsoft T-SQL development experience
Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services 2005/2008 design and development
Understanding of Multidimensional Expressions (MDX)
Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services 2005/2008 (other ETL tool design & development experience a plus)
Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services 2005/2008 design and development
Experience with front-end analytical tools such as PerformancePoint Server, ProClarity, and/or Panorama (other tools such as Cognos, Business Objects, or Microstrategy a plus)
Experience with SharePoint Server 2007 a plus

Functional Skills

System design and solution architecture expertise
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Strong written / oral communication skills
Previous consulting experience a plus
